TO : ALL THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT AND THE METROPOLITAN TRIAL COURT JUDGES OF THE CITIES OF MAKATI AND PASAY

SUBJECT : DIALOGUE/SEMINAR ON OCTOBER 18, 2012 AT THE TRAINING ROOMS 1, 2, AND 3, CENTENNIAL BUILDING, SUPREME COURT, MANILA

The Working Vice-Chairman of the Chief Justice Committee to Address Case Congestions and Delays in the Lower Courts will hold a dialogue/seminar on October 18, 2012, 2:00 pm at the Training Rooms 1, 2, and 3, Centennial Building, Supreme Court, Manila, to address all concerns regarding the implementation of A.M. No. 12-8-8-SC or the Judicial Affidavit Rule. The Working Vice-Chairman will likewise solicit views regarding the Proposed Guidelines for the Effective Implementation of the Applicable Laws and Rules respecting the Right to Bail.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the dialogue/seminar on OFFICIAL TIME provided that their court calendars are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Atty. Rigor R. Pascual, the Committee Secretary, shall submit a complete list of all the Judges who attended the dialogue/seminar to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the dialogue/seminar.
