SUBJECT : 2nd NATIONAL EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING ON JULY 25 AND 26, 2013 AT THE DEPED ECOTECH CENTER, CEBU CITY

The National Officers of the Court Legal Researchers Association of the Philippines (CLERAP), Inc. will hold their 2 nd National Executive Board Meeting on July 25 and 26, 2013 at the DepEd Ecotech Center, Cebu City.

In connection therewith, the following officers are hereby authorized to attend the meeting, on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar
