SUBJECT:

9 th NATIONAL CONVENTION-SEMINAR ANDELECTION OF OFFICERS ON MAY 28-30, 2008 AT BAGUIO CITY

The First Level Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines (FLECCAP) will hold its 9 th National Convention-Seminar and Election of Officers on May 28-30, 2008 at Baguio Convention Center, Baguio City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention/seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Mona Lisa A. Buencamino, National President of the Association shall submit to this Office a report within ten (10) days from the date of the convention/seminar.
