TO : THE NATIONAL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE COURT LIBRARIANS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (CLAPHIL)

SUBJECT : 6TH BIENNIAL NATIONAL CONVENTION ON 1 TO 3 OCTOBER 2013

The Court Librarians Association of the Philippines (CLAPHIL) will hold its 6th Biennial National Convention with the theme "Empowering Court Librarians for a Lifelong Learning Skills: Excellence, Creativity and Challenges" on 1 to 3 October 2013 in Tagbilaran City.

All concerned are authorized to attend the convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS , chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Namnama L. Lopez, National President of the Association shall submit a report regarding the convention (including the complete list of the personnel who attended the meeting) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said event.
