TO : THE NATIONAL OFFICERS OF THE COURT LEGAL RESEARCHERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (CLERAP), INC.

SUBJECT : 1st NATIONAL EXECUTIVE MEETING ON FEBRUARY 28 AND MARCH 1, 2013 AT THE PACE OFFICE, 5 thFLOOR, CITY HALL, MANILA

The National Officers of the Court Legal Researchers Association of the Philippines (CLERAP), Inc. will hold its 1 st National Executive Meeting on February 28 and March 1, 2013 at the PACE Office, 5 th Floor, City Hall, Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME , provided that there is a prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Cielo V. Pardo, National President of the Association, shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, OCA, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said meeting.
