LETTER OF ATTY. EPIMACO A. VELASCO, ACTING DIRECTOR, NATIONAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION, MANILA, DATED JULY 31, 1992 .

For the information and compliance of all concerned, quoted hereunder is the. letter of Atty. Epimaco A. Velasco, Acting Director of the NBI, Manila, dated July 31, 1992, to wit:

Pursuant to the ongoing effort of the NBI-PACC team created by this Bureau under Special Order No. 1951 Series 1992 dated 23 July 1992 tasked to locate pertinent information and documents including, its decisions relative to cases involving drugs, smuggling, illegal logging and illegal possession of firearms which have been dismissed by Regional Trial Courts for the last five (5) years, may we. request your needed indulgence and cooperation to direct. the different courts to furnish the NBI-PACC team, the said documents and information.

Hence, faster output will be arrived at in the fulfillment of its desire to submit the soonest possible time the said documents.

Your usual cooperation is highly appreciated.
