AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES FOR THE FOCUS GROUP DISCUSSION ON JUDICIAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION (JDR) WITH THE JURIS DESIGN & MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE (DMC)

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in coordination with the National Judicial Institute of Canada (NJI), will conduct a one-day Focus Group Discussion on Judicial Dispute Resolution (JDR) for Makati Judges on October 16, 2007 at the Training Room, Centennial Building, Supreme Court, Manila.

This change of schedule is necessitated and is in deference to the Lecture Forum on the Writ of Amparo scheduled on October 15, 2007 requiring the attendance of the Makati Judges.

The Focus Group Discussion set on October 15, 2007 for the same group of judges which is the subject of Administrative Circular No. 81-2007 is superseded by this administrative circular and is hereby canceled accordingly.

The attendance of the participants in this activity shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

The participating Judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearings.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
