AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT and BRANCH CLERKS IN THE PROVINCE OF MINDORO ORIENTAL TO THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OF MEDIATION TRAINEES on COURT- ANNEXED MEDIATION

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) through the Philippine Mediation Center Office (PMCO) will conduct an Internship Program (Oriental Mindoro Mediation Program), to be held on September 1, 2015 to October 30, 2015 at the Trial Courts of Oriental Mindoro.

The following Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court of the Province of Oriental Mindoro are required to refer mediatable cases to the PMC Unit in Calapan City, starting September 1, 2015 and thenceforth.

The participating Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court shall continue with the participation in the Court-Annexed Mediation Program in their courts, as mandated in the Consolidated and Revised Guidelines to Implement the Expanded Coverage of CAM and JDR.
