TO : THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (MeTCJAP)

SUBJECT : 18th NATIONAL CONVENTION ON 28 TO 30 SEPTEMBER 2016 IN ILOILO CITY

The Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (MeTCJAP) will hold its 18 th National Convention with the theme "Judicial Reform to the Next Level" at the Iloilo Convention Center, Megaworld Blvd., Mandurriao, Iloilo City, Iloilo, on 28 to 30 September 2016.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

Judge Belen G. Salespara-Carasig, Secretary General of the MeTCJAP, shall submit a report on the conduct of the convention with the list of judges who attended it to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
