AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SPECIAL COMMERCIAL COURT JUDGES IN THE NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION AND SELECTED ATTORNEYS OF THE SUPREME COURT AND COURT OF APPEALS AT THE SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON SUBSTANTIVE LAW AND JURISPRUDENCE ON INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in partnership with the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL), will conduct a Seminar-Workshop on Substantive Law and Jurisprudence on Intellectual Property for Special Commercial Court Judges in the National Capital Judicial Region and Selected Attorneys of the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, to be held on July 25-26. 2013, Thursday-Friday, at Holiday Inn and Suites Makati. Palm Drive. Ayala Center. Makati City.

Attendance in this activity shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME. All properly documented travel expenses shall be reimbursed at a later date upon submission of properly documented receipts.

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
