TO : THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT: PJA ANNUAL CONVENTION ON 2 TO 4 OCTOBER 2019 AT THE RIZAL PARK HOTEL, MANILA

The officers and members of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold its Annual Convention on 2 to 4 October 2019 at the Rizal Park Hotel, Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the annual convention on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Maria Paz R. Reyes-Yson, PJA Secretary General, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the conduct of the annual convention with a complete list of all the attendees within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
