SUBJECT :

REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING AND CONSULTATION ON SEPTEMBER 30, 2011 AT 11:00 O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING AT THE MANILA YACHT CLUB, MANILA

The Officers and Directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold a monthly Regular Meeting on September 30, 2011 at 11:00 o'clock in the morning at the Manila Yacht Club, Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their court calendar are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Eugene C. Paras, Secretary-General of the Association is hereby directed to submit to the Court Management Office, OCA, a report within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said meeting.
