TO: ALL DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY COURT JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES

SUBJECT: QUARTERLY MEETINGS

In connection with the quarterly meetings of the Directors and Officers of the Metropolitan and City Court Judges Association of the Philippines, all concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from adjournment of the said meeting.
