AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION OF SELECTED JUDGES, COURT ATTORNEYS AND EMPLOYEES TO THE ASIAN JUSTICES FORUM ON THE ENVIRONMENT - SHARING EXPERIENCE TO STRENGTHEN ENVIRONMENTAL ADJUDICATION IN ASIA

The Philippine Judicial Academy, in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Asian Environmental Compliance and Enforcement work (AECEN), United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), Asia Pacific Jurist Association (APJA), United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Program Management Office (PMO), will conduct the Asian Justices Forum on the Environment - Sharing Experience to Strengthen Environmental Adjudication in Asia on 5 to 6 July 2007, at the EDSA Shangri-la Hotel, Ortigas Centre, Mandaluyong City.
