TO : THE OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT : MONTHLY MEETING ON JANUARY 25, 2013 AT THE CONFERENCE ROOM, PASAY CITY HALL, PASAY CITY

The officers and directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold their monthly meeting on January 25, 2013, 11:00 A.M., at the Conference Room, 2 nd Floor, Pasay City Hall, Pasay City.

All concerned are authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME provided that their court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Lyliha L. Abella-Aquino, Secretary General of the Association, shall submit a report regarding the conduct of the meeting (including the complete list of the judges who attended the meeting) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
