AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES, BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT, AND COURT SOCIAL WORKERS OF THE DESIGNATED FAMILY COURTS OF NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION AND REGION III AT THE 9th REGIONAL MULTI-SECTORAL SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON JUVENILE AND DOMESTIC RELATIONS JUSTICE (ADVANCED LEVEL) AND AT THE VIDEO CONFERENCE ON THE JUVENILE JUSTICE AND WELFARE ACT OF 2006 (REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9344)
The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in partnership with the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), will conduct the 9th Regional Multi-Sectoral Seminar-Workshop on Juvenile and Domestic Relations Justice (Advanced Level) for the judges, branch clerks of court, and court social workers of the designated Family Courts of National Capital Judicial Region and Region III from July 26 to 28, 2006, at the Oasis Hotel, Clarkville Compound, Clark rerimeter Road, Angeles City, Pampanga.
PHILJA, in cooperation with the United States Agency for International Development USAID) and The Asia Foundation (TAF), will also conduct a Video Conference on the Juvenile istice and Welfare Act of 2006 (Republic Act No. 9344) on July 27, 2006, to be held simultaneously in Manila, Pampanga, Cebu and Davao. The Pampanga session will also be miducted at the above mentioned venue.
The following judges, branch clerks of court, and court social workers are required to itiend and participate in the Seminar-Workshop and Video Conference:

The attendance of the participants at this Seminar-Workshop shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS. All properly documented travel expenses shall be reimbursed.
The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.
Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be lowed.
