TO : ALL REGIONAL TRIAL COURT AND METROPOLITAN TRIAL COURT JUDGES IN QUEZON CITY, PASIG CITY, MARIKINA CITY AND MANDALUYONG CITY

SUBJECT : SEMINAR ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT RULE (A.M. NO. 12-8-8-SC) ON NOVEMBER 23, 2012 AT THE BULWAGAN AMORANTO, QUEZON CITY HALL

The Working Vice Chairman of the Chief Justice Committee to Address Case Congestions and Delays in the Lower Courts will hold a seminar to discuss the implementation of the Judicial Affidavit Rule (A.M. No. 12-8-8-SC) on November 23, 2012, 2:00 p.m., at the Bulwagan Amoranto, Quezon City Hall.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the seminar on OFFICIAL TIME provided that their court calendars are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Atty. Rigor R. Pascual, the Committee Secretary, shall submit a complete list of all the judges who attended the seminar to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the seminar.
