ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE SHERIFFS CONFEDIRATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (SCOPHIL) IN REGION VII

SUBJECT:

REGIONAL CONVENTION AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS ON APRIL 30, 2004 AT TAGBILARAN, BOHOL

The Sheriffs Confederation of the Philippines (SCOPHIL) Region VII will hold its Regional Convention and Election of Officers on April 30, 2004 at Tabilaran City, Bohol.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention ON OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS changeable to local funds, if authorized and available, subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive/Presiding Judges and their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar.

The President of the association shall submit to this office complete report on the attendance within ten (10) days from date of the said convention.
