ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (MeTCJAP)

SUBJECT:

EMERGENCY MEETING ON JULY 22 TO 23, 2010 AT THE LAS CASAS PILIPINAS, BAGAC BATAAN

The Officers and Members of the Board of Trustees of the Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippine (MeTCJAP) will hold its emergency meeting on July 22 to 23, 2010 at the Las Casas Pilipinas, Bagac Bataan.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Maria Zoraida S. Zabat-Tuazon, Secretary-General of the Association is hereby directed to submit a report to the Court Management Office, OCA within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the meeting.
