SUBJECT : AUTHORITY TO ATTEND THE SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON PROCUREMENT AND PLANNING FOR THE LOWER COURTS AT THE PHILJA TRAINING CENTER, TAGAYTAY CITY

Pursuant to the authority granted by the Honorable Chief Justice Maria Lourdes P. A. Sereno for the Procurement Planning Committee (PPC) to conduct a Procurement and Planning Seminar-Workshop for the Lower Courts, on November 10 to 12, 2014 inclusive of travel time, at the Philja Training Center (PTC), Tagaytay City, which aims to discuss proper procedures that should be followed in the procurement of goods and supplies; identify other procurement concerns; and, develop guidelines to be used in the procurement, which will serve as a link and follow-up activity in line with the previous workshop on planning, programming and budgeting held last October 7 to 10, 2014 at the PTC, Tagaytay City, the following personnel of the lower courts are hereby authorized to attend the said seminar-workshop on official business, viz:
