For your information and guidance, attached is a copy of the decision of the Court En Banc dated 2 4 March 2 006, in Administrative Case No. 6707 entitled, "Gisela Huyssen vs. Atty. Fred L. Gutierrez" which disbarred respondent Atty. Fred L. Gutierrez from the practice of law.

The Respondent's Motion for Reconsideration was denied with finality in the resolution dated 6 June 2006 .
