TO : ALL FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURT JUDGES IN THE CITY OF ANGELES AND IN THE WHOLE PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA

SUBJECT : BENCH AND BAR DIALOGUE ON NOVEMBER 9, 2012 AT THE SHANGHAI PALACE RESTAURANT, ANGELES CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Pampanga Chapter will sponsor a Bench and Bar Dialogue for the judges and the lawyers in the City of Angeles and the whole Province of Pampanga on November 9, 2012 from 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. at the Shanghai Palace Restaurant, Angeles City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the dialogue on OFFICIAL TIME provided that their court calendars are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Atty. Casiano C. Sabile, President of the IBP Pampanga Chapter, shall submit a report (including the complete list of all the judges who attended the dialogue) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the dialogue.

This circular amends OCA Circular No. 104-2012 dated October 11, 2012.
