ALL JUDGES IN REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS AND MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS OF CEBU

SUBJECT:

INTER-CHAPTER SPORTS OLYMPICS ON SEPTEMBER 18-20, 2003

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines Cebu and Cebu City Chapter, will be sponsoring a three-day Inter-Chapter Sports Olympics on September 18-20, 2003 at the Alta Vista Sports and Country Club in Cebu City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said activity on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that, the court calendar improperly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to the office within ten (10) days from the date of the seminar.
