ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (COCAP)

SUBJECT:

BOARD MEETING ON MARCH 2 AND 3, 2006 AT THE OCA CONFERENCE ROOM, SUPREME COURT, MANILA

The officers and members of the Regional Trial Court Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines (COCAP) will hold their Board Meeting on March 2 and 3, 2006 at 10:00 in the morning at the OCA Conference Room, Supreme Court, Manila .

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized arid available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Nemia Y. Gabutin-Gallo, Secretary of the Association shall submit to this Office a report on the attendance within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
