SUBJECT : DIALOGUE AND ORIENTATION ON ENVIRONMENTAL LAWS AND RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR ENVIRONMENTAL CASES ON JANUARY 30, 2014 AT THE FR. SATURNINO URIOS UNIVERSITY, BUTUAN CITY

Tanggol Kalikasan (A Public Interest Environmental Law Office) will conduct a Dialogue and Orientation on Environmental Laws and Rules of Procedure for Environmental Cases for the selected trial court judges stationed in the CARAGA region on January 30, 2014 at the AVR 2, CBS Building, Fr. Saturnino Urios University, Butuan City. The activity will be conducted in partnership with the Fr. Saturnino Urios University Policy Center and with the support of the USAID under the project entitled "Reducing Threats to Philippine Biodiversity and Ecosystems through Environmental Law Enforcement Capacity Strengthening".

In connection therewith, the following judges arc hereby authorized to attend the dialogue and orientation, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and that the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings:
