TO: JUDGES AND COURT EMPLOYEES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT, ROXAS CITY
SUBJECT: RTC, ROXAS CITY SPORTSFEST ON JUNE 11, 2009
Judges and Court Employees of the Regional Trial Court of Roxas City , Capiz will hold it's Sportsfest on June 11, 2009 from 8:00 in the morning to 5:00 o'clock in the afternoon.
Participants in the said tournament are authorized to attend the said activity on OFFICIAL TIME . The Executive Judge shall see to it that a skeletal force shall be maintained in all branches to ensure that there will be no disruption of official business or transactions of the court on the above-cited date.
