SUBJECT:

1 st BOWLING TOURNAMENT ON SEPTEMBER 10, 2004 AT M.S. ENVERGA UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION BOWLODROME, SITE, LUCENA CITY

The Stenographic Reporters Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL) Quezon Province Chapter will hold its 1 st Bowling Tournament at M.S. Enverga University Foundation Bowlodrome,Site, Lucena City on September 10, 2004.

All participants are hereby authorized to attend said tournament and their attendance thereat shall be considered on OFFICIAL TIME provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Dena Corazon Almazar, President of the association shal;l submit a report to this office on the attendance of the participants within ten (10) days from the date of the tournament.
