SUBJECT: REVOCATION OF NOTARIAL COMMISSION AND DISQUALIFICATION FROM REAPPOINTMENT AS NOTARY PUBLIC FOR ONE (1) YEAR OF ATTY. CONSTANTINO L. REYES

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution dated 24 April 2018 of the Court En Banc in Administrative Case No. 11773, entitled "Erwin U. Que v. Atty. Constantino L Reyes," to wit:

WHEREFORE, Resolution No. XXI-2015-322 dated April 19, 20IS of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines-Board of Governors is hereby ADOPTED with the MODIFICATION that Atty. Constantino L. Reyes is DISQUALIFIED from being commissioned as notary public for one (1) year from the finality of this Resolution. His notarial commission is immediately REVOKED if presently commissioned.
