EXECUTIVE MEETING ON19 APRIL 2004 AT LIPA CITY

The National Officers of the Judiciary Association of Clerks of the Philippines (JACOPHIL) will hold an Executive Meeting on 19 April 2004 at Lipa City in preparation to its 4th National Convention and Seminar on 21 to 23 April 2004.

All concerned are authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but subject to prior written authority from the Executive/Presiding judge and your attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar.
