DIRECTING THE ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION OF ATTY. BASILIA T. RINGOL, COURT ATTORNEY V, OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF COURT, TO THE LONG-TERM COURSE UNDER THE PAHRDF-SC PARTNERING AGREEMENT

Whereas , the Philippines-Australia Human Resource Development Facility (PAHRDF) has chosen the Supreme Court as one of its targeted institutions in the Philippines to be a recipient of both short-term and long-term scholarships and training programs offered by the Australian government through the PAHRDF which are primarily aimed at improving the capacity of the SC to help alleviate poverty and contribute towards a sustainable and equitable development;

Whereas , then Chief Justice Davide, Jt, signed for and in "behalf of the Court a Partnering Agreement with the PAHRDF where the latter agreed, to provide specific funding support to the approved short-term and long-term scholarships and trainings and the SC. to support the implementation of these activities under the terms and conditions set forth in the Partnering Agreement;

Whereas , in PDC Resolution No. 08-2006, his Honor approved the nominations of Atty. Francis Rainier R. Navarrete, Court Attorney III, Legal Office, Office of the Court Administrator (OCA), and Atty. Basilia T. Ringol Court Attorney V, Office of the Clerk of Court, as Principal and Alternate, respectively, to the Graduate Diploma in Court Management (Master of Administrative Law and Policy ) for the School Year (SY) 2006-2007, at the University of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia;

Whereas, Atty. Navarrete was disqualified to take the course due to medical reasons, hence, Atty. Ringgol substituted his place;

Now Therefore, for having been accepted by PAHRDF, Atty. Basilia T. Ringol, Court Attorney V, Office of the Clerk of Court, is hereby authorized to attend the Graduate Diploma in Court Management (Master of Administrative Law and Policy) for the School Year (SY) 2006-2007, at the University of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

Attendance in the aforestated long-term training course of Atty. Ringol shall be on OFFICIAL TIME.

Any communication relating to the course should be addressed to Atty. Eden T. Candelana, Deputy Clerk of Court and Chief Administrative Officer, and Chairperson, Personnel Development Committee (PDC).
