ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION OF COURTS

TO : ALL OFFICERS OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES

SUBJECT:

QUARTERLY MEETING ON SEPTEMBER 20, 1996, AT THE QUEZON CITY HALL OF JUSTICE

All Officers' of the Regional Trial Courts Clerks of Court Association are hereby authorized to attend the quarterly meeting on September 20, 1996, Friday, at the Quezon City Hall of Justice .

The Clerks of Courts concerned are authorized to attend the convention on OFFICIAL TIME / OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from date of the convention by the authorized officer.
