The Board of Directors of the Philippine Judges Association and the RTC Judges of Regions 6, 7 and 8 are hereby authorized to attend the Consultation Dialogue with the Hon. Chief Justice Andres R. Narvasa to be held on June 5, 1992, noontime, in Cebu City.
