AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF DESIGNATED ENVIRONMENTAL COURTS AND SELECTED TRIAL COURTS OF REGION III AT THE 6TH MULTI-SECTORAL CAPACITY BUILDING ON ENVIRONMENTAL LAWS AND THE RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR ENVIRONMENTAL CASES

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in cooperation with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and the United States Department of the Interior, will conduct the 6th Multi-Sectoral Capacity Building on Environmental Laws and the Rules of Procedure for Environmental Cases on May 25 to 27, 2011, at the Holiday Inn Clark, Mimosa Drive, Clark Free Port Zone, Pampanga.
