AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF JUDGES FROM THE CITIES OF BACOLOD AND SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA, IN THE MENTORING WORKSHOP FOR JUDGES AND MEDIATORS ON COURT-ANNEXED MEDIATION (CAM) AND JUDICIAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION (JDR)

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in coordination with the National Judicial Institute of Canada (NJI), will conduct a two-day Mentoring Workshop for Judges and Mediators to be held on August 15 to 16, 2006 at the Astoria Plaza, J. Escriva St., Ortigas Business District, Pasig City.

The following Judges are required to attend and participate in the workshop:

The attendance of the participants in this conference shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

The participating Judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearings.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
