SUBJECT:

9 TH NATIONAL ASSEMBLY ON SEPTEMBER 24-28, 2007 AT BAGUIO CITY

The Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (MeTCJAP) will hold its 9 th National Convention on September 24-28, 2007 at Baguio City .

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearing.

Judge Ofelia L. Calo, Secretary-General of the Association shall submit a report to this Office within ten (10) days after the said convention.
