SUBJECT: SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR THREE (3) MONTHS OF ATTY. ARMANDO B. ESTRADA

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the portion of the Resolution of the Third Division dated 21 January 2013, in Administrative Case No. 6094, entitled "Leoncio Alumbro vs. Atty. Armando B. Estrada," to wit:

"In the resolution dated September 10, 2012, the Court noted the Integrated Bar of the Philippines' (IBP) Notice of Resolution No. XVII-2008-234 dated May 22, 2008 which suspended respondent from the practice of law for three (3) months and Notice of Resolution No. XX-2012-1126 dated March 10, 2012 which denied respondent's motion for reconsideration and affirmed the Notice of Resolution No. XVII-2008-234."

Respondent received this resolution on 26 March 2013, as shown in the Registry Return Receipt No. 24078.
