SUBJECT : SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR TWO (2) MONTHS OF ATTY. DONATO C. MANGUIAT

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Resolution of the Third Division dated 11 December 2013 in Administrative Case No. 9873, entitled "Walfrido L. Lozada Sr. and Herminia Lozada v. Atty. Donato C. Manguiat," to wit:

WHEREFORE, the Court AFFIRMS with MODIFICATION the November 19, 2011 and January 3, 2013 Resolution of the IBP Board of Governors in CBD Case 06-1731 and ORDERS the SUSPENSION of Atty. Donato C. Manguiat from the practice of law for two months effective upon his receipt of this Resolution with warning against similar future behavior.

Atty. Donato C. Manguiat received the copy of the above Resolution on 7 January 2014.
