ALL NATIONAL AND REGIONAL OFFICERS OF THE COURT LEGAL RESEARCHERS' ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, (CLERAP) INC.

SUBJECT:

5TH AND FINAL NATIONAL EXECUTIVE MEETING FROM 28 TO 30 JULY 2010 AT THE HALLS OF JUSTICE, CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY AND CAMIGUIN

The National and Regional Officers of the Court Legal Researchers' Association of the Philippines, (CLERAP) will hold their 5th and final national executive meeting from 28 to 30 July 2010 at the Halls of Justice, Cagayan de Oro City and Camiguin.

All concerned are authorized to attend the above-cited meetings on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Further, Mr. Hermogenes C. Bacangoy, President, Manila Chapter of CLERAP is also authorized to be in Cagayan de Oro City from 28 to 30 July 2010 to assist the organization in view of his familiarity in the place.

Mr. Charlie A. Regilme, National President of the Association shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, OCA within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the meetings.
