SUBJECT : LIFTING OF SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW OF ATTY. DANTE G. ILAYA

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution dated December 7, 2016 of the Special Third Division in Administrative Case No. 10560, entitled "Ranilo M. Arceo, et al. v. Atty. Dante G. Ilaya," to wit:

Respondent's Compliance dated November 17, 2016, submitting to the Court proof of payment of the PhP5,000.00 Court fine imposed in the Resolution dated October 19, 2016 is NOTED.

Acting on the Report and Recommendation dated November 21, 2016 of the Office of the Bar Confidant (OBC),' the Court, upon the recommendation of the OBC, resolves to LIFT the order of suspension of respondent and ALLOW him to resume his practice of law, in light of respondent's payment of the PhP5,000.00 court fine.

The said Report and Recommendation dated November 21, 2016 of the OBC is NOTED.

Case is considered CLOSED and TERMINATED.
