otherwise known as the "Microfinance NGOs Act", a Certificate of Accreditation shall be valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of issuance, unless earlier revoked by the MNRC. Under the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (RA) No. 10693,
