SUBJECT: LIFTING OF SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW OF ATTY. RODOLFO RANION

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution dated 11 June 2018 of the Third Division in Administrative Case No. 10670J entitled "Armando Geco v. Atty. Rodolfo Ranion," to wit:

Acting on the Report and Recommendation dated May 21, 2018 of the Office of the Bar Confidant (OBC), stating that respondent has served the order of suspension and has paid the additional penalty of fine imposed upon him in the Resolution of February 19, 2018, the Court, upon the recommendation of the OBC, resolves to LIFT the order of suspension imposed on respondent and ALLOW him to RESUME his law practice.

The said report and recommendation of the OBC is NOTED .

Case is considered CLOSED and TERMINATED .
