SUBJECT : LIFTING OF SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW OF ATTY. TYRONE PEDRENA

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution dated 5 October 2016 of the Court En Banc in Administrative Case No. 9401, entitled "Jocelyn de Leon v. Atty. Tyrone Pedrena," to wit:

The Court Resolved to NOTE the

(a) Compliance (with the resolution dated August 16, 2016), dated September 19, 2016 filed by the respondent; and

(b) Comment (on the above Compliance) dated September 26, 2016 filed by the Office of the Bar Confidant (OBC).

The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the OBC, to

(a) LIFT the order of suspension of the respondent from the practice of law as mandated in the Decision dated October 22, 2013; and

(b) ALLOW the respondent to RESUME his practice of law.
