AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF COURT OF APPEALS JUSTICES AT THE ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION ON THE RULES OF PROCEDURE ON FINANCIAL REHABILITATION

In addition to the participants listed in Administrative Circular No. 61-2014, Hon. SOCORRO B. INTING is hereby authorized to attend the Roundtable Discussion on the Rules of Procedure on Financial Rehabilitation, on September 4, 2014 at the Court of Appeals, Auditorium, Manila.

Attendance in this Roundtable Discussion shall be MANDATORY and ON OFFICIAL TIME.

The participating Justices should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed on such date and that the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearing.

Formal business attire is required. Any communication relating to this activity shall be addressed to Justice Adolfo S. Azcuna, Chancellor, Philippine Judicial Academy, 3 rd Floor, Centennial Bldg., Supreme Court, Padre Faura Street corner Taft Avenue, Manila.
