PROVIDING A COPY OF THE MINUTES OF THE HEARING TO THE ACCUSED AND/OR HIS LAWYER

The Humanitarian Legal Assistance Foundation is implementing a project funded by the Asia Foundation called the "Detainee's Notebook". The Project's immediate goal is to provide access to justice to the poor and ultimately to decongest our overcrowded jails.

In view thereof, you are hereby DIRECTED to furnish the accused and/or his counsel copy of the minutes of the proceedings, every after hearing of their case(s).

Strict compliance is enjoined.
