TO : THE OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT : REGULAR MEETING ON 22 JANUARY 2015 AT THE NEW MAKATI CITYHALL BUILDTNG, MAKATI CITY

The officers and directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold their regular meeting on 22 January 2015, 11:00 a.m., at the 22 nd Floor, New Makati Cityhall Building, Makati City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Rosalyn M. Loja, Deputy Secretary General of the PJA, shall submit a report on the meeting with the complete list of all the judges who attended it to the Court Management Of lice, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
