ALL MEMBERS OF THE SHERIFFS CONFEDERATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC. (SCOPHIL)

SUBJECT NATIONAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR OF THE SCOPHIL

The Sheriffs Confederation of the Philippines, Inc. (SCOPHIL) will hold its National Convention and Seminar from 27 to 29 May 1999 (Thursday to Saturday) at the Tacloban City Convention Center, Tacloban City. Members of the SCOPHIL who are interested are hereby authorized to attend on official time this National Convention and Seminar.

The SCOPHIL shall comply with the provisions' of PHILJA Memorandum Circular No. 1-99 on "Rules and Requirements pertaining to Inclusion of ; PHILJA Educational Programs in all Conventions/Conferences of Judges and Court Personnel."

The President of the SCOPHIL shall submit to the Office of the Court I Administrator within ten (10) days from the closing of the National Convention and Seminar (1) a complete report on the activities undertaken during the same; and (2) copies of the registration and daily attendance sheets signed by the [members actually present.
