ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION OF COURTS

T O : ALL JUDGES OF THE 4TH, 8TH & 12TH JUDICIAL REGIONS

SUBJECT : ATTENDANCE AT THE SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON FISHERY LAW ENFORCEMENT ON APRIL 21-22, 1989, MAY 11-12 AND MAY 26-27, 1989 FOR JUDGES OF THE 4TH, 12TH AND 8TH JUDICIAL REGIONS ON OFFICIAL BUSINESS CHARGEABLE AGAINST LOCAL FUNDS.

The National Agricultural and Fishery Council (NAFC) in coordination with the U.P. Law Center is holding the following regional seminar-workshop on Fishery Law Enforcement:

1) 4th Seminar-Workshop series for Region 4, April 21 and 22, 1989;

2) 5th Seminar-Workshop series for Region 12, May 11-12, 1989;

3) 6th Seminar-Workshop series for Region 8, May 26 -27, 1989.

Judges in the covered areas are authorized to attend these seminar-workshops. Attendance thereat will be on official business chargeable against the local funds.

Hotel accommodation and food expenses shall be shouldered by the NAFC, but travelling expenses shall be borne by the participating judges.
