AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF THE JUSTICES OF THE SUPREME COURT AND THE COURT OF APPEALS IN CEBU CITY, SELECTED FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURT JUDGES OF THE PROVINCE OF CEBU AND THE SELECTED OFFICIALS AND STAFF OF THE SUPREME COURT AT (1) THE FIRST DISTINGUISHED LECTURE, SERIES OF 2007, AND (2) THE CONFERMENT OF HONORARY DOCTORATE DEGREE UPON H.E. AMBASSADOR AXEL WEISHAUPT BY THE UNIVERSITY OF CEBU

The Supreme Court, through its Knowledge Sharing Committee and the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in cooperation with the University of San Carlos, will conduct the First Distinguished Lecture ("Comparative Study of Philippine / German Law on Succession" by His Excellency, Ambassador Axe! Weishaupt), Series of 2007 at the University of San Carlos, Cebu City, on June 29, 2007, at 3:00 p.m.

The conferment of honorary doctorate degree upon His Excellency Ambassador Axel Weishaupt will be held on 29 June 2007 at 1:30 p.m. at the University of Cebu, Cebu City.
