SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR THREE (3) MONTHS OF ATTY. JOSEPH S. LIM

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the portion of the Resolution of the Third Division dated 11 March 2009, in Administrative Case No. 8135 entitled, "Jose C. Go vs. Atty. Joseph S. Lim ", to wit:

"Acting on the complaint against respondent, the Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE [he Notice of Resolution No. XVIII-2008-400 dated 14 August 2008 of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Ba_r of the Philippines [IBP] suspending respondent from the practice of law for three (3) months. Accordingly, respondent is SUSPENDED from the practice of law for three (3) months."

Atty. Joseph S. Lim received the Resolution on 17 April 2008 per Registry Return Receipt No. 6668.
