TO : THE CONCERNED TRIAL COURT JUDGES AND CLERK OF COURT

SUBJECT : DIALOGUE ON JBC PROCESSES WITH STAKEHOLDERS IN REGIONS I AND II ON APRIL 29, 2014 AT THE BAGUIO COUNTRY CLUB, BAGUIO CITY

The Judicial and Bar Council (JBC) will conduct a Dialogue on JBC Processes with Stakeholders in Regions I and 11 on April 29, 2014, 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., at the Baguio Country Club, Baguio City.

In this connection, the following trial court judges and a clerk of court are hereby authorized to attend the dialogue, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and that parties are notified of any cancelled hearings, to wit:

This circular amends OCA Circular No. 61-2014 dated April 21, 2014 per letter dated April 24, 2014 of Atty. Flordeliz Cabanlit-Fargas, JBC Chief of Office, requesting that Judge Blanco, Judge Loveria and Atty. Loloy be included in the list of participants in the dialogue.
